Pricing questions

What counts as one guest?

One guest is one phone that joins your event through the QR code. A guest who rejoins from the same phone isn't counted twice.

What if more guests show up than my package allows?

The next guest sees a message that the event is full. You can upgrade any time from your dashboard, even during the event. Just pay the difference, and the extra guests can join right away.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once for one event. Each new event is chosen and paid for separately.

How can I pay?

QRIS, GoPay or a bank virtual account transfer. QRIS works with any Indonesian e-wallet or mobile banking app. Payments are processed by Midtrans, once per event, with no subscription and no automatic renewal.

What's the difference between the free and paid packages?

The features are the same. The free package is for 5 guests: guest access stops when the event ends, and the album is kept for 7 days. Paid packages are for more than 5 guests: guests can still open their gallery and the Live Feed for 30 days after the event, and the album is kept for 1 year, until your first anniversary.

What if we cancel or change the date?

Cancel at least 7 days before the start time, before any guest has joined, and you get a full refund. After that there's no refund, but you can still change the date for free as long as no guest has joined. If guests can't use Relivi during the event because of a fault in our system, you also get a full refund. Email hello@relivi.app; the details are in our Terms of Service.

How long does the introductory price last?

Until 31 January 2027, 23:59 WIB. Until then every paid package is 30% less than the price from 1 February 2027, and both prices are shown on this page. A package you've paid for stays yours even if the event is after that date. Upgrades bought after the introductory price ends are charged at the new price, minus what you've already paid.
